Research Interests

​Samir is interested in the field of hydrology, water treatment and water resources management. His current research involved quantifying exchanges of various gases such as carbon dioxide and water vapor (evapotranspiration), and energy between the surface of earth and the atmosphere. Using scintillometers to measure the temperature fluctuations in the air to evaluate turbulence and heat flux.
