Research Interests

My research interests include the discovery of novel microorganisms/biocatalysts for water pollutants degradation, bioengineering of bacteria for wastewater bioremediation, and investigation of the water contaminations (eg. pathogens, antibiotic-resistant gene, etc.) that may raise water safety concern for water reuse.
