WDRC Faculty rank amongst the world's top scientists and engineers

Six of our Water Desalination and Reuse Center (WDRC) faculty have been ranked among the top 2% of researchers globally, according to a list recently published by Stanford University.  

Congratulations to Professors Ghaffour, Hong, McCabe, Ng, Wang and Vrouwenvelder on achieving this significant international recognition: a clear outcome of their sustained and impactful contributions over the years. As further evidence of the wide-ranging and multidisciplinary nature of WDRC research, the faculty were highly ranked across diverse fields, including chemical, mechanical and environmental engineering, as well as microbiology.
