KAUST's Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) hosted a Graduate and Post doctoral Research Poster Competition on the University's campus.

Nature Middle East features Professor Noreddine Ghaffour and Dr. Yong Jin's latest work! The team developed a salt-solution-infused thin-film condenser (SSTFC) system, which could contribute more than 50% energy savings compared with conventional defrosting systems.

Treating seawater with selected chemicals before desalination could reduce biofouling and lengthen the lifespan of filtration membranes.
